4-HOUR DRIVER SAFETY COURSE
Course Description
Who Should Attend?

This course is offered in English, Spanish and Polish. Please indicate your preferred language when filling out your registration form.

4-Hour Driver Safety Course (DSC-4)
The 4-Hour Driver Safety Course is a concise and up-to-date driver safety course based on the Illinois Rules of the Road. The course features topical educational materials including a student handbook, videos, flip charts and other proven training aids.

4-Hour Driver Safety Course students learn how to anticipate hazards, adjust driving habits and act appropriately through the use of classroom teaching techniques including lecture, group discussion, videos, written exercises and an examination of driver safety techniques.

The 4-Hour Driver Safety Course is designed to be conducted in one four-hour course session with emphasis on four major subjects:

  • The dangers of aggressive driving
  • Distracted and impaired driving
  • Every day driving habits
  • Keeping you safe
Who Should Attend?
The 4-Hour Driver Safety Course is designed to meet the needs of various audiences:
  • Court Referrals - drivers who wish to attend a driver safety course after receiving a traffic ticket.
  • Corporations - employees driving company vehicles.
  • General Public - citizens interested in improving their everyday driving skills.
