Northwestern University Traffic Safety School serves the following counties in Illinois:
If you received a traffic ticket in Cook County, IL; Jefferson County, IL or Shelby County, IL, you may be eligible to take a Traffic Safety School course in order to avoid a conviction on your driving record. To learn more about Traffic Safety School eligibility within these counties, click here.

The Circuit Court of each county determines the classes available, the time frame available for students to complete their classes, the fees charged and the eligibility of particular defendants to take a Traffic Safety School course for removal of traffic violations from their driving records.
