Obtaining Your Login ID, Password and PIN
If you are assigned to the Online 4-Hour Driver Safety Course, please follow the instructions below to access the online course.

Please note that you will not be able to access the Online 4-Hour Driver Safety Course until you receive a login ID, password and PIN from Traffic Safety School.

If you paid by cash, check or money order and did not provide an email address - your login ID, password and PIN will be mailed to you at the address you provided to Traffic Safety School.

If you paid by cash, check or money order and provided an email address - your login ID, password and PIN will be emailed to you at the email address provided to Traffic Safety School.

If you paid online by credit card - your login ID, password and PIN were provided to you on the online payment confirmation screen. To view this information at any time, click here and enter your login ID and driver's license number as provided to you on the online payment confirmation screen.

Accessing the Online 4-Hour Driver Safety Course
After receiving your login ID, password and PIN from Traffic Safety School, you can access the Online 4-Hour Driver Safety Course from anywhere with a computer and an internet connection. To do so, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to nutrafficschool.org and select the appropriate language.
    1. You can also login to the online course site by clicking the "Login to Online Course" button on the Traffic Safety School homepage.
  2. Login using the login ID, password and PIN provided to you.
  3. Click "Launch the Online Course".
  4. When exiting the course, be sure to choose "Quit and Save" so that your progress is saved.
  5. You may resume your course at any time; however, you must complete all sessions of the course in their entirety by the deadline date designated in your Online Course Assignment letter/online payment confirmation screen. Your course login will be deactivated after this date.
Technical Support
Students should call the Traffic Safety School helpline at 847-467-5240 during call center hours for information about or technical assistance with the online course.

After business hours, students can leave a voicemail on the helpline and Traffic Safety School will return all calls as soon as possible beginning on the next business day.
