Corporations often send employees with driving responsibilities to Traffic Safety School to improve driving skills.
Corporate Account
An employee can enroll as an individual in the Traffic Safety School course that best suits the employee's location and schedule.
A billing account can be established by sending an authorization letter similar to the Sample Billing Authorization Letter to Traffic Safety School. The Billing Authorization Letter should be submitted on your company letterhead, should list the name and address to whom Traffic Safety School should remit invoices and should indicate that you understand the current course fees.
Once you have established an account, employees can call Traffic Safety School, identify themselves as employees of your company, and arrange to enroll in the class time and location that is most convenient for them.
Traffic Safety School will send a monthly invoice to your company for all fees.
On-Site Training
Traffic Safety School can arrange to conduct special courses for a group of employees at the location of your choice. Your company is responsible for providing a suitable classroom facility.
The advantage of this approach is that Traffic Safety School will schedule a course at your convenience and can incorporate company-specific material that you and/or your risk managers may want added to the present curriculum. All materials, instructional expenses and enrollment for up to 15 students are included in one set price.
If you wish to arrange for such a corporate Traffic Safety School course, you are required to preregister the employees who will attend.
To arrange for a course at your location, please contact Traffic Safety School.
