If Ticketed OUTSIDE Cook County, IL; Jefferson County, IL or Shelby County, IL
If you received a ticket in a county or jurisdiction not listed above, you may be eligible to attend Traffic Safety School.

It is your responsibility to contact the Circuit Court in the county in which you received your ticket to determine your eligibility to attend Traffic Safety School.

If you are approved to attend Traffic Safety School by the Circuit Court in the county in which you received your ticket, complete the Volunteer Enrollment Form and mail or fax it to Traffic Safety School along with your payment for enrollment.

Any fee charged by another agency is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and you must complete your course within the assigned supervision period. Contact the Circuit Court in the county in which you received your ticket for information regarding your supervision period.

It is also your responsibility to notify the Court of your completion of Traffic Safety School and to provide a copy of your certificate of completion as proof you attended Traffic Safety School.
